Piperine is the major bio-active component of pepper. This naturally occurring alkaloid is know for its numerous potential health effects and beneficial therapeutic properties, which are normally limited due to its low water solubility.

Nanokinetics’ water-soluble piperine powder can be rapidly dissolved into a wide range of beverages. This powder comprises an extremely fine dispersion of nanometer-sized (~ 2 nm) piperine-containing droplets in a water-compatible matrix. It can be easily mixed into beverages and foods, providing a rapid onset of action and high bioavailability of piperine without compromising the stability or physical appearance (e.g., optical clarity) of the finished products.

Storage and Use Guidelines

Store at 4 – 25 C (39 – 77 F) in the tightly closed original container. Avoid product contamination and exposure to humid air.

For a 5 mg dose of piperine, place 0.25 g into a beverage (e.g., water, non-alcoholic beer, tea, coffee, soda, juice) and give it a quick stir. Do not put directly in the mouth.
